Het oriëntaalse glasmozaïek van deze waxinelichthouders is opgebouwd uit rode en oranje tonen. Kleine bloemetes of bloesems tussen een zee van gekleurde stippen. Het interessante aan de houders is dat het glas van het mozaïek transparant is, terwijl het witte voegcement geen licht doorlaat. Dit betekend dat hoe donkerder het omgevingslicht is, hoe groter het contrast wordt. Let er wel op dat de kleinere versie als een paar wordt geleverd, uiteraard wel voor de aangegeven prijs van een stuk!

Het cement van de lamp is wit. Wanneer je de lamp aandoet, laat dat cement geen licht door, waardoor het donker van kleur wordt.
