The ES-330 comes together first with a double-cutaway body made from three-ply maple and poplar. This classic construction makes for a resonant instrument that is impressive acoustically right out of the case. Take some strums on this 330 and hear the sweet sounds bloom with an acoustically impressive tone. Single-ply cream binding wraps this guitar's top, back, and fingerboard for some accentuation of the body shape and highlighted color. Extending from this three-ply body is a mahogany neck formed in a Rounded "C" profile. In hand, this neck offers a solid grip as it moves from lower to higher registers – effortlessly playable and comfortable. An Indian rosewood fingerboard meets up with the neck with twenty-two Medium Jumbo frets. Across the fingers, this board is smooth and streamlined for articulate fretting and easy chords.

Sonically, this hollowbody classic comes to life with two Dogear P-90 pickups. These pickups play with a clean kick that can roll through classy, crystalline cleans to charming, overdriven bites when pushed. The electronic versatility this guitar displays is already impressive, but only glows brighter with hand-wired 500k potentiometers and Orange Drop capacitors for high-fidelity sounds right off the bat. At the opposite end of the scale, an ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge lands with a Trapeze tailpiece to tie the intonation experience together and send off this guitar in style.
