Each book consists of three parts; the first part presents a Saint for every day of the month.
The second part of every book/month is the Salutations or the Supplication service for a central Feast of the month. So, September includes the Salutations to the Holy Cross; October, the Supplication service to Saint Demetrios; November, the Supplication service to Saint Nectarios of Aegina; December, Akathist to Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker; January, the Lorica of Saint Gildas the Wise; February, Akathist to Saints Theodore the Commander, or Stratelates, and Theodore the Recruit, or Tero, the Great Martyrs. March includes the Salutations to the Theotokos; April includes the Salutations to Saint George the Trophybearer; May to Saints Constantine and Helen; June to the Holy Twelve Apostles; July Supplication service to the Holy Unmercenaries; August the Small Paraklesis to the Most–Holy Theotokos.
The third part is titled "Other Saints of the Month" and constitutes an Orthodox calendar that can be used yearly.
