ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2024-2025 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON engineers' primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on- and off-road.
The Stage 6 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilover shocks featuring remote reservoirs for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle Inchfeel Inch through the range of travel. These coilovers are height adjustable from 1.25-3 Inch of front lift height over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.
Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. The combination of front differential drop brackets and ICON's specifically designed coilover lengths maximizes the available front suspension travel and prevent CV bind.
Additionally, polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the soft OE bushings to help limit differential movement under load.
Features and Benefits:- The included ICON billet aluminum upper control arm kit is designed to improve the overall performance of the Toyota Land Cruiser with corrected front-end geometry, increased on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, and improved suspension component clearance. Additionally, replacing the OE ball joint with the all-new, serviceable, and rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO allows for full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating bind. The dual-rate rear coil design provides a softer ride height spring rate with a firmer overload rate that combine to deliver on-road comfort with excellent bottoming resistance and superior off-road performance. 2 Inch of rear lift height over stock allows a for level stance front to rear. The ICON Billet Adjustable Rear Track Bar helps re-center the rear axle and double adjuster rod end threads allow easy Inchon-vehicle Inch fine adjustment of track bar length without requiring removal or disassembly of the track bar. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks with integrated bump zones provide improved shock damping ability and utilize a vehicle-specific valving that balances the performance of the truck from front to rear. Great resource for new or seasoned STR owners
Format: Kindle
This book is a must read for new STR business owners but seasoned owners can glean insights as well.
It covers many facets of owning and managing a short term rental that you should be aware of.
Of particular value are the pitfalls to avoid that I see many hosts make. The book also covers many of the management tools and strategies that are necessary to be a successful business owner, and to make it easier in the process. I believe anyone that reads this book will learn something new.

Short term rental starting point
Format: Kindle
Very concise explanation of what you would need to know to determine if you would want to “enter the game” and then help to do the next steps. Many people especially when interest rates were low thought STR would be an easy way to have passive income and long term investment BUT understanding the “game “ is crucial to making good decisions. This book can aide in those situations.
