Production Notes

Penelope Four Grain Bourbon is a blend of three different MGP bourbon mash bills comprised of four grains: wheat, rye, corn, and malt. It is aged 2-3 years and non chill-filtered. 

Penelope Bourbon is distilled at MGP's historic Lawrenceburg, Indiana distillery, and is blended and bottled at Penelope's new blending house in New Jersey.
