A fabulous resource for anyone ready to take control of what they attract.
This book is truly a practical guide to understanding how personal energy shapes our life experiences. The author does a great job blending spiritual truths with doable steps, on how to align your thoughts and emotions. makes positive change easier
I really enjoyed the simplicity of this book. I've made a lot of bookmarks. It's a lot of information I was already familiar with, but phrased in simple and relatable ways. Also a lot of things I didn't think about, like sound and energy. I enjoyed the examples on how to do some of these steps, and simple things you can do every day, like micro changes, to make positive change easier.
