Light scratches, which occur with everyday use, naturally blend into the finish of this durable sink with time. Deeper scratches are repairable with an Elkay stainless steel restoration kit. Hassle free experience!
Very impressed by how easy it was to file a claim online. I was expecting a hassle or a run around to make it more work than necessary, to discourage claims, but nope, super simple! I initially thought I would get a replacement product, but instead, they sent an Amazon e-gift card, which was even better, since the price of the product went up from when I originally bought it. With the gift card, I was able to replace it with a cheaper item. Definitely worth the low cost insurance!
