Aged 12 months in medium-toast François Frères neutral oak at 13.5% alcohol, this 100% Pinot Noir shows violet, ripe cherry, crushed raspberry, sour cherry, earth, and toasted vanilla with light-bodied tannins, silky finish, and the delicacy Heron has emphasized since making Pinot before it was fashionable.
