1960s Black Sheer Montreal Made in Canada Puff-Sleeve Button-Front Peplum BlouseI love this 70s top tied, tucked or light and loose. This peplum blouse has a wonderful drape to it. The waistband has lost elasticity but I think it still has a lovely shape to it. A new elastic could be easily added if desired. Love the sheerness and billowy sleeve style. Made in Canada and in overall, excellent, gently worn, vintage condition. I would call this an open sized. I have a very small frame and would wear this as is, as seen in photos.
