The Fender Player Plus Telecaster makes its introduction with a familiar alder body and smooth playability. Two classic Telecaster specifications, the single-cutaway body profile is accompanied by a maple neck in a Modern "C"-shape profile. The Player Plus maple and pau ferro fingerboards are designed with rolled edges to enhance and streamline playability. Once plugged in, the Player Plus Telecaster comes alive with two Player Plus Noiseless pickups that have all that single-coil twang Telecasters are known for all without any hum. A push/pull pot on this Telecaster can be used to run both pickups in series for higher output. This series Telecaster comes with a six-saddle Telecaster bridge, locking tuners, and a couple new finish colors thrown into the mix. With upgraded features and classic Fender tones, the Player Plus Telecaster is a model to look out for.
