This BDS 6" radius arm lift kit fits the 2019-2024 Ram 3500 diesel truck, with clearance for up to 37" tires. At this height the transfer case is indexed with a supplied indexing ring and new transmission crossmember to allow use of the factory front driveshaft. In the rear it uses a high-strength steel lift block, longer u-bolts and a matching set of shocks.

- Vehicles equipped with a Manual T-case require BDS122423 Manual transfer case shifter extension.
- Vehicles equipped with a 2-piece rear drive shaft (carrier bearing) require BDS122406 Carrier bearing drop.
- Ram offers an optional Aisin heavy-duty 6-speed transmission in the 3500 trucks that uses a different transfer case mounting bolt pattern (8-bolt). The 8-bolt kit also includes an internal shaft seal extension and new shaft seal.

Gentle Gentle Magnesium That Helped My Night Routine

I bought the Thorne Magnesium Glycinate Capsules (90 servings) for $25 because I wanted a magnesium supplement that could support relaxation and better sleep as part of my nightly routine.
I’ve been taking it for about a month and noticed I feel more relaxed in the evenings and wind down easier before bed. I also tend to get tension and poor sleep when I’m run down, so having magnesium in my routine has been helpful for overall balance.
