True to Komos' commitment to excellence, this Extra Añejo is made from hand-harvested 100% Blue Weber Agave, grown in the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The piñas are slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens, fermented with native yeast, and twice distilled in copper pot stills. Following this, the tequila undergoes extended aging, which contributes to the rich and refined flavours of dried orange peel, candied ginger, and toasted pecans.
