Update to original review: After leaving initial review the seller reached out and asked how to fix it the issue. I was willing to try same product again. They sent me two and I have had no problems with either of the new ones. Great communication from seller. My dog loves the treat In the center and chews on the product forever. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE SIZE.

I take full responsibility for not paying closer attention to the size specifications. If you have a smaller breed like a Yorkie, Maltese, or a toy Poodle, this product is perfect for your pup. However, for larger dogs, this is utterly inadequate. It won't entertain them for even 20 seconds, let alone 20 minutes.
