Das 140 mm Doppelspurkranzrad aus Edelstahl 1.4301 ist für Traglasten bis 1.200 kg ausgelegt und vereint große Laufruhe mit vollständiger Korrosionsbeständigkeit. Es ist die richtige Wahl für schwere, schienengeführte Systeme in der Fördertechnik und im Maschinenbau, die hygienischen Anforderungen unterliegen.

Konstruktion & Werkstoff

Aus Edelstahl 1.4301 (V2A) präzise gedreht, mit Edelstahl-Kugellagern vollständig rostfrei ausgeführt. Der größere Laufdurchmesser von 140 mm reduziert die Lagerbelastung und erhöht die Laufruhe, besonders bei motorisierten Anlagen bis 8 km/h. Die Doppelspurkranzgeometrie führt das Rad beidseitig sicher auf dem Schienenprofil.
