Tranquil Touch is a staple for newborn babies and their parents, helping to rebalance wonky sleep patterns, calm feelings of fear and upset, and quelling digestive upsets.

The essential oils in this synergy are simple; Red Mandarin, Lavender, Petitgrain, and Roman Chamomile. The red mandarin, chamomile and petitgrain all work together to promote the regulation of digestion, alleviate pain and inflammation, and sedate those red-faced little warriors.

Suggested Uses

Since this synergy is so diverse in its application, we’ll leave some suggestions here:

• Diffusing 1-2 drops for 10-15 minutes in baby’s room can rebalance the nervous system, prepare baby for bed time and quell screaming fits.
• For digestive issues, a *gentle* abdominal (and back) massage with 1 drop of the synergy in 5ml of carrier oil might do the trick!
• This blend may be quite helpful in addressing cradle cap and other skin irritations, so 3 drops of Tranquil Touch into a tablespoon of carrier oil or lotion base works wonders. Contraindications / Safety

Dilute for topical use – if using on a newborn do not exceed 0.5 - 1% dilution (0.5% is 1 drop in 10 ml carrier oil, 1% is 1 drop synergy in 5 ml carrier oil). Diffusing or a mist for the cradle should also not exceed 1%.

Shelf Life

The suggested shelf life is 2-3 years under proper storage conditions.
