Hij wordt namelijk gemaakt door dezelfde maker die jarenlang de top cuvees van deze huizen maakte. Deze Riccardi is het meesterwerk van zijn eigen, in 2015 opgerichte wijnhuis; Villa Saletta. Deze wijn is 100% van Sangiovese druif gemaakt wat m een echte klassieke Italiaanse beuker maakt.

Deze wijn is 100% van Sangiovese druif gemaakt wat ‘m een echte klassieke Italiaanse beuker maakt. Wijnmaker David werkt met moderne technieken en is niet vies van het gebruik van wat Amerikaans eik wat deze wijn wat dikker, toegankelijker en stiekem ook gewoon lekkerder maakt.
Ik ben helemaal fan, dus vertrouw me nou maar.
Maak ‘m wel even een paar uur van tevoren open, dan komt ie het best tot z’n recht.
